Important Note : Fans are provided as standard, as the House is generally very cool but for your further comfort an Additional Air Conditioning Package is also available, please enquire for further details (Air Conditioning is NOT included within the rental price paid).
Additional information about rental rates:
We would require a 10% Deposit to Confirm your Dates – This Deposit is Non-Refundable*.
Then the Full Balance is to be paid no later than 8 Weeks prior to your arrival, in order to finally confirm your booking / Or you may risk losing your dates.
Refundable Damage Deposit – €500 Due upon arrival – refunded within 14 days of departure.
Payments are best made by a currency exchange company as this will help to avoid Credit Card and bank charges and their Poor Exchange Rates.
* We need to be notified in advance of any additional guests, as any guests over the number of 14 carries a supplemental charge per night as it requires us to make up further beds
